Broad Arrow seeks to acquire small software companies, targeted products, and/or side projects. Software in this SaaS sub-category is oftentimes referred to as “Micro Saas”. In order to offer a low cost solution, micro Saas tools are often offered through the PLG (product lead growth) model. This enables new and existing users to demo the product, self-onboard, and operate it with relative agility compared to more traditional multi-faceted software suites.
Micro-SaaS founding teams may find they have run out of time, money, and/or motivation to continue scaling on their own. Others are looking to generate additional capital for their next adventure. We will provide an expedited acquisition process (exchange of assets for a fast cash exit) complete with clear expectations, transparent communication, simple due-diligence, and prompt payment.
